Hi Redbunch,

1. Yung isa na may non-taxable income na column ay based dun sa 2013 na sample (indicated by Environment: Philippines.201301). Ito po yung latest sample ng 2013.

This uses the annual withholding tax table indicated by '1' or January mag aannualize ng witholding tax dun sa WTax na formula.

'You are using Sweldista Payroll Environment [?] v? (?)...

***Try this po***
If you change the payscript of the 2013 sample to:
[WTax Vars] WTax(
TaxCode,
NetRegularPay,
SupplementaryPay,
12 ) // Annualization Month (1=January, 12=December)
I changed '1' to '12' to indicate that the withholding tax is not annualized until December. This will make the 2013 paysheet compute using the monthly tax table and the wtax should be the same as the 2009 sample.

Baka po kelangan niyo lang click yung Edit Menu - then 'Recalculate All' para mag recalculate based on the new pay period na monthly.

You can create a monthly paysheet from the semi-monthly sample.

1. Open Sweldista Payroll. Under Payroll menu, click on 'Create New Paysheet' - 'Blank Paysheet'.
2. On the following screen, enter the filename of your NEW MONTHLY PAYSHEET.
3. On the next screen which will ask for the template, select the SEMI-MONTHLY PAYSHEET (Sample2013-SemiMonthly-Pay-And-Rate.paysheet or other file)
4. On the succeeding screen that will ask for the payroll period configuration, select MONTHLY.

It should be easy. Pls. post a message if it works or not. Thanks.

Editing the payscript by adding to the payroll formula will add columns to the paysheet.

In Sweldista Payroll, click on Edit Payscript from one of the menus.

Pls. note that the 2013 sample paysheets have non-taxable income before the net pay column.
