can you please help me, im a owner/member of EPIC resources cooperative. i would like to ask if what percentage of tax the cooperative need to deduct from our salary? my monthly salary is 10,000 pesos.from january 2008 they were deducting 12% tax from our salary tpos po nagbago ung tax namin to 2% nlang starting july 2008..pero may nagsabi sa akin na pag cooperative wla dapat tax.so gusto namin ma-refund ung january 2008 tax deduction.meron daw po kasi law na minimum wage earner wala daw po tax, pero sabi ng coop namin 2% daw, we need to know kung kelan na-implement ung law regarding sa deduction ng tax for minimum wage earner and member ng cooperative...
