ya, its right that you filed your ITR annual. I think its no need to register a business name because you said designer / copywriter is your occupation. just put name of company at the back of ITR where your income from. just make sure that you have your TIN. tnx

I was wondering if anyone would know anything about freelancer taxes. I am working as a designer/copywriter for a foreign company and get a stable amount of salary. I recently filed on the ITR as a freelance graphic designer and paid the minimum amount. I was wondering if I would still need to register a business name and issue receipts - even if there's a physical representation of the company I'm working for here in the Philippines?
