yung iba ganyan ang sistema nila pero in the end hindi rin maiiwasan ang magkaroon ng year end adjustments dahil sa ibat ibang sitwasyon ng empleyado. d2 sa sweldista kapag naka annual mode na ang ginagamit pagdating ng 4 or 6 months pag dating ng end of the year tamalang ang total wittholding mo based dun sa salary mo.

ask ko din po, pwede po ba i compute na yung annual WT ng individual employee then i devide by 12 na lang po yung result para maging monthly, instead na i follow yung monthly table to avoid na lang yung refund process at the end of the calendar year?acceptable po ba ito?..thanks po

Hi! Any idea on how to compute the annualization of a employee who is curently above minimum but previously minimum? example for jan-jun 2009 he is minimum wage earner then from july to december 2009 above minimum, what would be the treatment? please let me know. thanks in advance
